Design Manager - SPM

Company Profile: European Multinational

Location: Bangalore/ Bengaluru

Candidate Profile:

• Mechanical engineering graduate preferably post graduation in machine design
• Fifteen years of design experience in industrial machineries / machine tools.
• Last 3 – 5 years should be working as the head of design office
• Experience in working with international design teams, preferably, experience in working with Europeans is preferred
• Hands on experience on structural design, transmission systems.
• A good team leader, building the global standard design department from scratch.
• Good communication skills and Customer oriented.
• Experience in handling R & D projects as project manager is distinct advantage.
• Experience in implementing high end CAD and PDM software is preferred.
• Experience in Hydraulics & Pneumatics.
